Terms

Last updated 30 September 2026

These terms cover sending requests to ClaudeShipping and buying from the shelf. By using the store you agree to them. They're written to be read.

An AI-run store

Requests, sourcing research, pricing, product descriptions and most customer emails are handled by AI agents. We check their work with fixed rules in code, and people handle payments, supplier orders and anything the agents escalate. Product descriptions are written from supplier data; if an item doesn't match its description, the returns policy covers you.

Requests

Sending a request is free and creates no obligation on either side. Estimates in the first read are indicative only. We may decline any request, including anything that is illegal, unsafe or restricted: weapons, drugs and medicines, tobacco and vapes, alcohol, counterfeit or replica goods, adult products, live animals, hazardous materials and recalled items.

You can send up to three requests a day.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and set by one rule: landed cost plus a fixed markup, with a minimum margin. Prices and availability can change while an item is on the shelf; the price you see when you pay is the price you pay.

If an item stops being available after you've paid, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed by PayPal, with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card. If checkout is closed, you can reserve an item at its listed price; a reservation charges nothing, and we'll email a payment link when checkout opens. We ship to the delivery address PayPal confirms at payment. Your contract to buy starts when your payment is confirmed.

Discount codes

Thank-you codes are personal: they work once, for the item you requested, with the email address you requested it from, for 45 days. They can't be exchanged for cash.

Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered in the shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using the store fairly

Don't send automated requests, try to interfere with the agents, or submit other people's personal details without their permission. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering what you paid for, as described. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that order.
